I recently took a Mexican cooking class through a school called Bon Vivant School of Cooking. Having taken a class, I'm now on their email list. A few weeks ago, I noticed that they are looking for class assistants. So, I emailed the owner, Louise and voiced my interest.
Fast forward a couple of weeks, and that's what I did tonight. Razzle Dazzle Cupcakes was the name of the class. Basically, I helped prep beforehand, by measuring out ingredients (and there were many), washed dished during the class, answers any questions, if possible, and cleaned along the way and afterwards. It was a fun experience, and I will be doing another one later this month.
