There was a lot of action for us today, even though it wasn't really busy. We mostly just hung out around the house.
The morning started with Pilsbury cinnamon rolls and scrambled eggs. Vincent ate 3 rolls, the most out of the family. After breakfast, it was already warm out, so we played in the yard. And, soon, the clothes started coming off.
Before long, it was time for me to take Vincent to a birthday party at Little Gym.

Having fun with Natasha.
Giant cupcake he never got to eat. He was still eating his healthy snack when they started passing out the cupcakes. He had me cut his in half, and just before he was going to eat it, he went to the drinking fountain for water. When he got back, his half had been tossed out, since the party was over. Luckily, I had the other half in my hand. He wanted to wait to eat it at home, but it's still sitting, untouched, in the refrigerator, 6 hours later.
After nap/quiet time, we tried to get the boys out to a playground, but they didn't want to leave the house. Instead, they played with chalk on the sidewalk out front. Our neighbors came by with their boys to chat, and eventually, we ended up in the backyard with one of their boys. It was nice for Vincent, since Flynn is a few years older. David played a mini game of baseball with them while I finished up making dinner.
This was dinner. Pot roast, with carrots, yellow potatoes, mushrooms, and sauteed kale with garlic.
After dinner, we played in the backyard some more, then forced the kids out of the house. We tried out Red Box yesterday and had to return our movie tonight. So, to U Village we went. The (unintentional) reward for the boys was playing in the froggy fountain. When we left, Vincent said, "That was so fun! Thanks Mommy and Daddy."
